I'm trying to add/edit users for web access and the access being granted isn't taking affect. I've stopped and restarted the service a few times making sure I wasn't doing something wrong. We're using 7.03 and the error message being received on ANY change made in the web interface is: Dialog box labeled: C:\Program Files\WhatsUp\WhatsUpG.acc with the message "Failed to write access control file." Any ideas? This file wouldn't be corrupt would it? I made a LOT of changes from the web and they weren't working so I went to the GUI and found the error.
