You would need to create a seperate object for each SNMP Service you want to check on the device, then have it polled via TCP only. Doing this will cause just the SNMP check to be sent, and not a seperate ICMP packet.
When running a performance report against this object, the stats shown will be for that one service. THis will work but will also be very messy. There may be a SNMP value for last time port was active or something, you'll have to poke around the mib. Good Luck.
