We need more information..especially which OS you are using. It sounds like
the routing tables on the PC have gotten screwed up. You're going to need
satic routes added. Leave WUG alone, and concentrate on the OS.

The other network is totally separate from the primary network and there
are firewalls that prevent us from accessing it directly. So we have
the second nic plugged directly into the router so we can just maintain
that the switches are up and working properly. (long story made short)

For example:
I have a class b address (999.999.0.0) and a class c address
(888.888.888.0). There is a router in place to route between the
networks. I monitor switches on both networks and sometime the wug
uses
the nic for the class c address to monitor switches on the class b
network.

the to networks? When you say that "sometimes the devices use the
