I haven't been able to send an alert to one of my guys in case the data link
between two sites goes beyond 200 ms (RTT). So, I decided to generate an
online Performance Graph for our people to check in case they suspect the
link is slow. I created the graph using the tool and named it PingUjano. I
ran it manually using:
c:\archiv~1\whatsup\cstatrpt.exe PingUjano
and it worked perfectly. I added entries for the schedule server via "at"
command:

As you can see, the comand is running every day of the week at one hour
intervals from 9:30 AM thru 7:30 PM. None of them seem to be working. I
checked the graph configuration at cstatrpt.ini and it looks like this:

I also checked cstatrpt.out and it shows this error:
Report Job Failed. Error: 599:0
the date and hour of the error are from the last command executed
Retried using the same command via Recurring Notifications. The error file
cstatrpt.out is not updated, but the performance graph is not generated. I
added a voice notification to run with the performance graph and it ran just
fine at the same time the graph should be generated. I again tried
generating the graph manually and it worked without problems.
Can you help me with this problem???
