We use one pager for the on-call person.  This pager is carried by
whomever
is on call this week (I get the privilege this week for ours).  Set up
that
pager number in alerts for each device and you do not have to change
anything.  For the $6-$8 per month for a pager, this would be better
than
changing all of your devices each week.

Another option that should work - set up one page alert for each
device
named "oncall pager" or whatever you want to call it and then go into
the
configure/notification library/pager and edit the "oncall pager" and
change
pager ID number to whomever is on call for the week.  One change and it
is
done.
