Just thinking out loud here: I wonder if you couldn't run some type of telnet server on the WUG Box (or other box?) and then automate the process somehow of logging into the WUG Telnet, and telnetting from there to the requested server...   So then your wug box would act as a telnet 'proxy' of sorts, and you would be able to reach those remote sites.  Would need to be secured fairly well, or would open your network to all kinds of nasty stuff.  I have not reasearched this yet, but would like to.    Possible? -----Original Message----- From: Jason Humes [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Wednesday, November 13, 2002 8:17 AM To: '[EMAIL PROTECTED]' Subject: RE: [WhatsUp Forum] Adding Telnet to the web interface There must be a way to telnet from the whatsup server...when you run the ping command from the web interface, it pings from the whatsup server. -----Original Message----- From: Jason M.
