This is very nice. I wonder though, is it possible for a main map to
scroll a device down in a sub map ? Of course not the map container,
just the device. That way some one would not neccessarily need to drill
down into a map to know what was down.

I also updated TOPVIEW and MAP to suppress Subnet and Container display
in
the marquee. I accomplished it in a slightly different way however.
I
tested it several times too. These files still include device DownTime
in
the marquee. I added comments in each file as well for those that do
not
want to see the additional DownTime display. Basically you delete the
lines
between the two comment fields and it will go away.

Here's the file updated to disallow the scrolling of Containers and
Subnets.
Also added these comments in the code for future reference:
The first two IF statements below disallow the display of Containers
and
Subnets.
If you desire to display subnets, simply delete the entire ELSEIF line
for
Subnets.
If you want to filter more types of items simpy copy/paste the the
ELSEIF
line
and change the host type to the devices you wish to filter.
