Title: Message
I second the motion.  I'm already involved in a sourceforge project. It's definitely the way to go.

Not at all.  I do not have anything to contribute right now, but I would appreciate it if those who have produced add-ons to WUG post there.

Is there any reason not to use http://sourceforge.net?

IPSwitch has a small space on their website dedicated to plug-ins and
custom templates, but I'm pretty sure it's purely managed by IPSwitch
itself.

I guess I'll let the cat out of the bag.  I'm going to put up a site for
the WUG Listserv users.  Nothing fancy, just a file repository.  The thing
that's holding me back is finding a file management script that lets people
upload with a minimum of hassle (simple authentication, maybe), allows the
uploader to add comments to the file they're uploading, and to be able to
list, sort, search for files and download them at will.

All the really good scripts I've found have a lot of manual work on the
user administration side (namely, I'd be adding, modifying, deleting users,
etc) and I really don't want to get all involved in that.  If anyone has
such a script in mind, please let me know.  Or, if someone else is already
working on a such an idea, stop me now!

This is probably a question for the people at IPSwitch, but is there a
community website for What's Up?

What I am looking for is a place to look at and download the updated
topview.asp files, device icons, and other script files that people post.
Also, if anyone has written add-ons (new notification classes, new
monitoring classes, etc.) that they would be willing to share, they
wouldn't have to e-mail them to everyone on the list.
