If/can I install our new 7.05 "on-top-of" our old v4.05 and preserve the notifications and alerts and network maps? We're running v4.05 on NTServer.
I've checked the KB. The "cautions" only refer to upgrading from v6 to v7. And telephone tech support was inconclusive - just said write everything down before doing the upgrade install.
