I use cisco AS5200 as my modem banks. Sometime when they fail, they are
pingable and you can telnet to them, but as soon as the telnet session
connects, it disconnects. So the port is probably open, but you can't
actually connect. When I use the WUG telnet monitor it shows it is up, but
when I telnet, it immediately disconnects me. Let me know if you need more

I am having a problem monitoring telnet on my Cisco routers. When I use the
default monitor in WUG, I get false positives sometimes. Does anybody have a
custom telnet script the monitors it better? Any help would be appreciated.
