If the Netbotz/Wallbotz has an input for a simple contact closure, you could add a sensor from dorlen (dorlenproducts.com). The sensors aren't the cheapest in the world but I've been using them for over 10 years with very good reliabilty.
I've played with APC's stand alone Temp/Humid sensor and added a Dorlen to it for testing purposes, it works there as well. You'll probably want the model that "HOLDS" the contact closure until the water goes away.
