If it doesn't ask again, how would it know the difference? This is the Don't Ask, Don't Know method of network analysis.
If you're using the marquee asp page that's been published on this list, you might look at using the tag:
is_monitoring_enabled
as a test as to whether or not it should be included in the marquee (in theory it looks good!)
