In WUG ver 7.04 is there a way to pipe the debug log to a file? We are having repeated problems in which devices that have services or interfaces monitored will report a service/interface down when in fact it is not. The alarm state, or Pink hexagon remains until the services are no longer monitored in wug or the system is restarted.
Of course, any suggestions on the actual issue woudl be very helpful as well. It is a great feature that we are not able to utilize because of its unreliability.
