I am and have been having very similar problems. When techs access the web browser, especially if they make changes, the application crashes. Some times this also happens with no known web access in progress.

I had a customer who had the same problem. They were running some fort of virtual video driver that allowed them to have multiple "desktops" on the same computer. Once that was uninstalled and the video driver updated, the problem went away. I think it was a Matrox video card and it was some feature of the Matrox card. As soon as that was shut off the problem was resolved. Hope that helps. ------------------------------------------------ Scott Roberts T & R Communications of Florida [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.tnrcomm.com <http://www.tnrcomm.com/> (904) 264-8518 ext 221 - Office (904) 264-2552 - Fax Targeting your Telephone and Networking Needs. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] On Behalf Of Welsh, Jeff Sent: Monday, February 03, 2003 11:42 AM To: '[EMAIL PROTECTED]' Subject: [WhatsUp Forum] Web Browser access shuts down console WIN 2000 server, WUG ver 7.4. This has happened recently more than once. Upon accessing WUG from the browser, after 2 or 3 accesses, either map or device, the WUG console shuts down completely, with no event log/syslog entry to track. Anyone else? My only fix was removing WUG, and reinstalling ver 7.0 and patch to 7.4. Has not helped, lasted just a few weeks before reoccurring.
