There are no indications that I can see of probable causes within the wug logs, the debug log, or the win2k event logs. In the past we have seen a correlation between users accessing devices from the web page, and the server crashing. We have also had the app crash and display a C++ runtime error popup. I am not sure where to start in diagnosing this problem, but would appreciate some input.
