I have set up a event which I associated with a service to show the device as down so that I can receive an alert on it. This works fine it received the event last night and notified us properly the problem is that now after I have rebooted the server to fix the problem it still shows the service as being down how can I make it so that I can acknowledge this event and clear the event after I fix it.
