We're having problems where we cannot acknowledge via the web since we've upgraded to 8.0.  We have modified web pages from the alernative1 on IPSwitch's site but have even tried re-installing a fresh copy and using the default web site files that come with it to no avail.  We've made sure that in the web settings the users have authority to acknowledge.  Tried creating new users.  Tried toggling the settings.  Nothing seems to be working.  Anyone else  having the same issue?
