Good Morning Mark,
I don't know if IPSwitch is already working on a solution to send the TTS to the Web
interface. However, it could be feasible. A plug-in could be created to convert the
TTS to a low quality wave file or another common format and push it to the same
directory as the current device down wave file. The file that is created could be
created from an array so that if multiple devices are down each device would be
announced within the same file or the .asp file could loop through all of any small
wave files pointed to by an array. Each time a device goes down, it could append or
replace the current webdown.wav or whatever name will be used according to a variation
of the following code in the asp files:
<%IF% HAS_ANY_MAP_STATE_CHANGED>
<%IF% IS_SOUND_ENABLED>
<bgsound src="<%SOUND_TYPE% WEBDOWN>">
<%ENDIF%>
<%ENDIF%>
<%ENDIF%>

Rajaram,
the TTS notification only applies to the console application itself. So it
will not work for the web interface.

Sir,
Can the WEB Client give a speech notification which is configured in the
Console.
I am getting the text to speech notification only in the Console. By
enabling the WEBSERVER I am browsing from a pc, but I am not getting any
speech notification in the web interface client PC. Is this notification is
possible. If YES ....Please provide me the details.
Thanks and Regards,
Rajaram
