It's a pain but it makes sense. It seems that they made that to be very confusing! -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] On Behalf Of Roberts, Julie Sent: Tuesday, February 18, 2003 12:30 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: RE: [WhatsUp Forum] save changes via web Have you read this? http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/WG-19990813-DM02.htm Julie Roberts Telecom Analyst Pier 1 imports, Inc. 817-252-8812 [EMAIL PROTECTED] -----Original Message----- From: baxter [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Monday, February 17, 2003 9:26 AM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: [WhatsUp Forum] save changes via web I'm using version 7.04 and the alternative1 web pages from the ipswitch site and the changes I am making on the web pages aren't being saved on the maps. Shutting down the service and making the changes then restarting the service isn't going to work for my distributed users. Any suggestions for how to fix this? We have modified web pages from the alernative1 on IPSwitch's site but have even tried re-installing a fresh copy and using the default web site files that come with it to no avail. We've made sure that in the web settings the users have authority to acknowledge. Tried creating new users. Tried toggling the settings. Nothing seems to be working.
