Maybe... Go back into the custom service and reconnect it to the server.. Just like you do if you were building one new one from the beginning.
I had one of my services that did that and before I knew what happened the newer service I built just took over. I'm thinking that if you go through the building process it might fix it. --Just thought it was me so I did not say anything.
