You need to strip the http:192.168.1.99:9000/ from your Send statement
e.g. Send=GET / HTTP/1.1\r\nAccept:
*/*\r\nUser-Agent: Ipswitch_Whatsup/8.0\r\n\r\n
Set the port to 9000.
Whatsup Gold adds the ipaddr at run time.
