What messages (in the activity log) would contain the map NAME? The map FILENAME is in messages for loading/unloading/saving maps, but the NAME
of the map is not. This sure isn't the idea I had in mind when I kept asking for a maplog command. ARRGH!

Jay, I'm sorry to say that this won't work the way you want...

%Map_log% is a filter tag that is pretty stupid in essence.

All it does is go through the normal log file and limit the entries
that contain the map name in the message. Therefore Events
will not even appear at the map level because when an event is
fired, it contains only device information and no map level info.

The only way that you could get that part to work is when the event
is triggered, it contains the map name in the message. ( which is
unfortunate )

For example, you could send a syslog message that read " Map B - Blah my
message "
And when the Map_log tag was used, it would find that event because "Map B"
is found.

Your attached template works as-is. You do have a peculiar behavior in the
regard that
the map level information will be repeated for every device on the map.

Let me know if you have any other questions...
