[WhatsUp Forum] Windows 2000 Voice Notification

Seeing that Windows2000 does not support the Unimodem/V drivers used to do voice notifications in WUG, does anybody know of a 3rd party application that could do this on Windows 2000? You could use the Program Notification in WUG to launch the third party app to play a specific wav file. I am using version 8.
