I sent a support message to your group via the web page at Ipswitch. I'm
still testing to see if I can find the component of the Elecard MPEG2 Video
Decoder v. 2.0 that is causing this weird problem.

Have you tried it with Netscape?  Have you looked at any packet capturing?
