believe that smokeping can do this. It does a sample every 5 minutes and
can graph the response time.

I wish to monitor Web site
response time and display it in a real-time graph that can be displayed in our
NOC.
I wish this to be a local program.
Can What’s Up do this or is there other products that will do
this?
What I am really looking for is a
performance monitor type of tool but for accessing a web site
