Setup a device with one specific Event and assign a alert notification to send a page and/or email. Unfortunately it has to be one event per device per notification. You cannot specify individual alerts per event on the same device being monitored. Same is true for NT services. You literally could have ten or more events for the same device. This creates a lot of device elements in a map.
