I would think that it is acting as it should, you could utilize your monthly report for meeting your service level agreements, rather than a daily.  Suppose your provided an hourly report, you may show 90% down-time.

Ok, I have a good one.  How does one, using Performance Graphs for generating reports, specify a certain period of the day.  We do maintenance after normal business hours and if we have a server down for any time period it shows up in the Performance Graphs.  This skews our Service Level Agreement percentage of up time.  Anyone have a thought?
