Christopher, The reports are published in the WhatsUp Gold web interface. The "Performance Graphs" link shows the reports that have created via any of the export options. http://yourhost/ReportPerformanceGraphs.asp
The DefaultWeeklyReports notification is preconfigured to create 3 HTML reports a week. You will find this notification at: Configure->Configure Recurring Reports.
