I had to write a perl script for this purpose, it is not as easy as it looks and there
is no report in wug to do it. I have been told it can be doen with crystal reports
although as of yet I have been unable to purchase due to lack of funds.

I've been tasked with generating a daily report that shows which devices (in
this case routers) were down for a 24 hour period (3p-3p) and for how long.
I have 122 maps (one for each branch w/ a router). It just needs to be a
simple table type report like the example below:
Any Ideas?

Branch 1
Date Device Time Status Duration
08/28/03 Router 11:55 Down
08/28/03 Router 12:00 Up 00:05
08/29/03 Router 08:00 Down
08/29/03 Router 08:01 Up 00:01

Branch 2
Date Device Time Status Duration
08/28/03 Router 12:55 Down
08/28/03 Router 14:00 Up 01:05
