In the alerts-tab of a device you can add or edit an alert (Pop-Up, SMTP, SMS, etc.) and choose "on event". Say that your environmental monitor sends a trap saying the temp is to high. I would want it to sned an alert to the console or web GUI in a very noticable way.   I know WUG will receive a trap and turn the icon, etc. yet I would like it to generate an external event such as a pop-up, email, etc. Haven't been able to see how to do this in WUG.   Any ideas?   Scott
