Hi, I'm running Whatsup Gold v. 7.03 on a Windows 2000 Professional machine. It used to run on a Windows 98 machine, and since I started using this new machine (W2K) the links show that they're going down (i.e. turn red, etc) and send an SMTP alert, but I can ping them when I right-click and ping from within Whatsup. I did try to install the patch to take Whatsup to v.7.04 but it didn't help. I've increased the Polling Time-Out period but it hasn't helped at all.
Another interesting point with this Windows 2000 installation is that SMTP notifications wouldn't work until I added the machine to our AD domain.
