Set this up using Windows Management under the option "Performance Logs and
Alerts." From there go into the "Alerts" section and create a new alert
using CPU utilization as the criteria. Once this has been created you
configure EVNTWIN to send a trap from the APPLICATION log (Source=SysmonLog
Event=2031)
I've set mine to check utilization every 30 seconds, and only issue a trap
alert after 10 consecutive polls (5 minutes) over 90%.

Subject: [WhatsUp Forum] cpu and evntwin
For some reason I can not find in evntwin the setting to send a trap when
the cpu is at 100% cor ten minutes. Can someone point me to it.
