I had a
similiar situation and finally wrote a small batch file that shutdown What's Up
at a particular time and another that restarted it. I used the Windows
Scheduler to make both work as needed to shutdown during our normal Monday
night maintenance window (8pm-midnight) and then restart.

We have a two hour maintenance
window on Thursdays. I would like for Whatsup Gold to not monitor our
network during those two hours because we get tons of email alerts. I
looked at the monitoring part of a device and I didn't see a place where you
could make a change like this. Is there a way to do this or should we
just close the program instead? Thanks for the help.
