The solution I have mentioned integrates itself into WUG. It takes the
form of a WUG notification in the Notifications Library.

Hi there!

Thanks for your answers.

We use WUG 8.0. Why should I buy/install another programm to use the SMS
function? It has to work without any other programms. Do you have any
expirences?

Thanks!!

We used Cemtek's solution (a plugin) which utilises a mobile phone
directly attached to the PC. Other than the occasional memory leak, I
have not run into any problems. And their support is great.

Subject: [WhatsUp Forum] SMS Notification Problem

Hello,

we try to use the SMS function but i does not work. Notifications via
phone work without a problem.

I configured a sms notification and start the test.
the modem hangs up and thats it. the modem does not dial the number.
why?

Maybe you have an idea what we can do.

Thanks

Miro Braun
