Title: Web errors after acknowledge on host page

Hi All,

 

I am currenlty trialing wug version 8, but have full version 5. In version 5 we were seeing devices go down and wug was reporting this fine. When the devices returned to service, wug still reports the devices as being down. The devices are pingable and able to be logged onto fine. But wug still reports that the device is down. I am seeing the same problem in the eval version of 8. Can anyone help with this???

I've got this problem with WhatsUp 8.03 in which I select a host on a map and then in the host page I click on "Acknowledge" and when the host page should reload, all I get is a black host page with no details or logs or anything and then I have to hit the "Top View" button to get back to the main display....why does the host page not reload properly...hrmmm.  Any ideas....  Thanks
