Ive battled this one. Have you fixed yet? It might be the connection speed too low. Find if you can dial local number instead. This helps $ and speed of page sends. WUG doesn't like to share its modem, and Ive not gotten a second modem to work for VPN install that will eventually be needed, hope I don't have to but that on another box, but most likely.
