I want to do the following and I am not sure that I can do it with WUB
8.
I want to monitor a service (like C drive < 1024 MB free) and when I
cross that threshold I want an alert - This is no problem
Now if the C drive goes to less than 512 MB free I want another e-mail
alert. Again no problem (just another service to monitor).
Now the tricky part. When that C drive goes to less than say 250 MB I
want a recurring e-mail notification every hour and not just to the
people notified in the first 2 but to the first two and two more people.
How do I get this to work? If I create a recurring notification on and
attach it to the server then all services are going to get that
recurring notification as there is no way to tie one notification to one
service that is being monitored.
Did I explain myself well? Does anyone know how to get this to work?
Along the same vein if I want to monitor one service on a server and
only notify one person, who is not the person that is notified for all
the other services on that server how is that done?
