Hi Ashley,   try this   create the new service select the devices you would like to remove the existing service from, by either dragging a frame around them or holding down the ctrl key while clicking the icons right click one of the icons and select properties for selected devices... select the Services Category   to remove the existing service from the selected devices, continue clicking the check box next to the service until the check mark is removed   to add the new service, click add, and select the new service.
