Hello,
I was wondering if anyone is doing any type of remote
notification acknowledgement
via touch tone phone. A third party solution is
acceptable.
Here's the scenario:
A tech is on-call and gets a page from WUG that a node is
down.
The tech doesn't have access to a computer at the time, so he
uses a touch tone
phone and enters a code to acknowledge the
alarm and tell WUG to stop
paging for this alarm.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
