I found in my WUG log the following message:
"20040319 153452 Valid alert not
processed due to console response router Venezia SMTPMail/Network
Administrators".
This was maybe due to the fact that an operator was
looking at that network while the alert had to be sent.
Although all the other Network
Administrators missed that alert since no mail was sent.
Is there anything which can be done to avoid this
behaviour and have WUG send ALL the alerts?
