Lora,
Take
an exact copy of your "program files" folder for whatsup copy it to a
storage area. Build the new server and install whatsup like you had it
installed before, then restore the program files directory on the new server
with the old one from the previous server. I've moved our
server around from box to box numerous times using this method and so far
everything's been smooth.
