Help!! I have been running WhatsUp (8.03HF1) on Windows 2000 server with no problems for 2 months. Now almost every night at random times I lose network connection and can only ping my own IP address. This causes WhatsUp to think every thing is down. The only recovery is to shutdown WhatsUp and power cycle the machine.
The only thing I have to go on is from the debug log which shows a web browser doing a get to a WhatsUp map right before it fails. The machine web browsing is in my network control center and has 6 browser sessions to different maps. Please visit http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html to be removed from this list.
