my first attempt was to use lots of containers/subnets and only to copy
these to the different views/maps. but i did not check yet what amount of
traffic this generates.
an i set usually only ping-devices to the maps, and snmp-devices only onto a
few specific maps.
but i will try out the mentioned alias-trick too.
some kind of link/aliaas would be a nice and valuable feature, especially iv
one creates lots of customer views to the same devices/services.
