Check that your exchange server has your WUG server in its "allowed relay" list

Subject: [WhatsUp Forum] Email Notifications Problem
We have our WUG email notifications using our Exchange server as the
outgoing mail server. Email notifications work fine, as long as the
recipient email address is in our domain. If we attempt to send an email
notification outside our domain it fails.
I also tested sending email to an outside email addressed with a handy
little program called Blat. Blat allows command line email messages to be
sent. Using Blat, I get an error that states:
The mail server doesn't like the name <the email address>. Have you set the
'To: ' field correctly?
This obviously has something to do with Exchange and not WUG. Has anyone ran
across this problem? If so, how was it fixed?
Thanks
