We also use the reoccurring notifications to send out periodic emails to
groups of people just giving the overall status similar to what the
other user stories are reporting.

I just wish I could separate these notifications by user type since we
use the web security model in What's Up to let the right user see ONLY
what they need to see. Its unfortunate that the reoccurring
notifications will send them a complete status rather than just what
they need to see.

Subject: [WhatsUp Forum] User Stories on Recurring Notifications -
research request

Hey All,

I'm interested in gathering end user stories on how you are using
recurring notifications (Menu item: Configure | Recurring
Notifications). What is the basic value you gain from this feature?
Are you using it beyond calling cstatrpt.exe to refresh reports?

Feel free to respond to the list if you would like others to view and
comment or feel free to just respond directly to me.
