I'm using WUG 8.03. I did not work with WUG v7. The way, we enebled Web browser access in WUG v8 is:

1.click on Configure -> Web Server-> General -> check the option"Enable web server"

2.Give port# 8000 in "TCP Port:"

3.Now click on Users option in Catagories to create  user name, password & to assign  Maps

4.type URL to access the WUG server is http://SERVERNAME:8000 Or   http://IPAddress:8000 in a browser

5.Now, you get a Dialogbox to Enter Username & password.

Thanks,

Bobby VR Kumar.
