you need to install the server administrator software from dell, the insight manager 
agent from compaq/hp, or the fujitsu siemens server view agent on the machine. these 
agents will add the proprietary oids for hardware state to the snmp system.

is nice to receive an abstract "hp system state down" and then check the insight 
manager for further information. this monitor is triggered by raid, power supply, 
temperature probes and so on. we designed these monitors for hp/compaq, fujitsu
