Ok, I have RTFM and I still get nothing. So, maybe it is my interpretation. The manual says %DEVICESET% UP_DEPENDENCY Numeric of the hosts ID Use the %DEVICE% UNIQUE_ID tag to retrieve the identifier to set the up dependency. So, I put a line of code in an ASP page that read.<%DEVICESET% (INFO_LINE_1,%DEVICE% UNIQUE_ID)> and sure enough I get the number for each device. Then I look at the number for the device that I want the others to be dependent on, get its number and try this line. <%DEVICESET% (UP_DEPENDENCY, number from above)>. I get nothing. Is this a bug in the system or am I trying the impossible. I have over 400 maps and scripting is going to be the only way I can manage the adds and changes to each.
