You will need three unique recurring notification definitions. The way to get the
notification to fire once at a specific time is to set the "Between" times so that
they are exactly the same.

For the 1st one:

1)In the "Edit Recurring Notification" dialog, click on the "Change" button.

2) Uncheck "7 days a week" and then uncheck "Sun" and Sat". This will ensure that
this notification will only go out on weekdays.

3) For "Time of Day", click the "Between" radio button and then enter 0800 as both
start and end time.

You say that you wish to be beeped but then later you say that you are having problems
getting SMTP working. Are you using both? When defining notifications, remember
that the "test" button is your friend. If a test fails then redo it with the debug
log open and you can get useful info that will help find out what went wrong.

My reoccuring notification doesn't work. I followed the manual, but I'm not sure about
the codes..here is what I would like for it to do..I need to be beeped once in the
morning @ 8am, once @4 pm, during the weekdays and once @12 on the weekends. Also,
because I am a little confused with the codes I can't SMTP working. any help with
this is appreciated.
