Hi Paul,

Have you worked with the performance report tool in WhatsUp Gold? It
generates reports on many of the things you are asking about.

Try it here: http://www.denika.com <http://www.denika.com/>

Click on the "Generate SLA" button in the upper right hand corner.

Have fun,

Subject: Uptime Reporting Cummulative

Dear list, thanks for all the great help and awesome topics, I've learned a
lot from this list. I was hoping to find a way to generate a cummulative
weekly and cummulative monthly uptime report showing the TOTAL uptime
percentage for ALL devices, and/or per map. Sort of like a weekly score
for the network. I'd also like the worst, say, 10 offenders for each week
in terms of downtime and/or bouncing, and the worst 10 offenders for the
month. It would be nice if the reports were automatically mailed each
week.

I've tried several of the options on the GUI and web interface, but no go on
what I need it to do. Any hints or help on this regard? Thanks,

Paul

Common Troubleshooting Mistakes

* The faulty assumption there is but one problem
* Incorrectly-formed causal relationships
* Making too many changes in one iteration
* Attempting to tackle a system with more unknowns than are absolutely
necessary.
